In order for us to provide you a quote, we will need the following REQUIRED information (found on the name plate of the motor) - please include in the comments field HP, RPM, FRAME SIZE, VOLTAGE, 1 or 3 PHASE, OPEN or TEFC and what the motor is used for.  If you do not have the information you can email a picture of the motor and the name plate to cameronelectricmotorco@gmail.com.
